Thanks, Big Ben! I’d love to see the New Battles films get released on DVD/Blu-ray, too. I’ve never seen those before. There’s even 1979’s Aftermath of Battles Without Honor and Humanity, a film which I know virtually nothing about other than that it wasn’t made by Fukasaku. Any or all of these films would be a treat to see someday. Hopefully good sales and a renewed interest in the series will help make it happen.
