The distribution issue has already been mentioned in some reviews. I’m afraid it’s not exactly the kind of movie that distributors would go crazy about, and that running time does it no favor, distribution-wise. I hope you’ll get your chance to see it HKF, as Kurosawa fan, I’m quite sure you’ll enjoy it.
